| | I'm going back to my yoga class tonight. I haven't been there for a year because of my arm injury. It's a new night, new time and all new people. I'm a little nervous, but a little excited. I know this is going to be good for me, but I'm still afraid of the pain of getting back in shape. Wish me luck. O.K.? |

| Good luck Sissy, I haven't been since June and really need yoga, I'm looking forward to getting back to class in Nov. when I get back to FL. Do what you can, yoga is supposed to feel good. _________________ Dear Lord, help me remember how lucky I am on both the good and the bad days! |

| That's so exciting Sissy, best of luck with picking up again and meeting new people. I'll pray that it all goes smoothly for you
I've thought about taking up a yoga class as I've heard and read it's very helpful with relaxation, not to mention suppleness. I've even toyed with the idea of purchasing a 'yoga for beginners' dvd but I know a class would be the way to go for me plus it would get me out of the house. I really think yoga would be a huge benefit for me as I tend to be very 'uptight' I need to learn how to relax and not sweat the small stuff! I really SHOULD make the effort to do this in the NEW YEAR! _________________ ~ By sowing frugality we reap liberty, a golden harvest. --Agesilaus ~ |

| I'm really excited. My class went really well. I was so glad there were "newbies" in the class. It was there first time in a yoga class, so, I felt a lot better. The teacher did a really gentle class. No holding postures, nothing that I wasn't able to handle. The hour and a half went really fast. My arm is a little achey, but that will go away in time.
Thank you all for your encouragement. I really appreciate it.
To anyone who is considering yoga, call around in your area and see if any teacher offers a free class. My teacher offers one free intro class. It's an hour and a half, mats and other equipment are provided. It's the best way to see if yoga is right for you. |

| | My company used to offer yoga on Wednesday evenings. I should look into that and see if it's still on. |

| I LOVE yoga!!!
I have a few yoga dvd's...an introduction, for beginners,...but my two favorites are one's called "Yoga for weight-loss" and "Fat-burning yoga"....very good!! They are not as relaxing as the beginner dvd's, and they really make you feel like you've done something! Which is wonderful! considering my hard-core aerobic days are over! I am partial to dvd's by yogazone.
I LOVE yoga!!! _________________

| I don't think I can explain it, Donna! For me, it's stretching +++, but I know there is more to it...a lifestyle actually....maybe someone else can give some input? _________________
