(I, on the other hand, gained two pounds since my trip three weeks ago   ...I SOOOOO need to get back on track! I am having the hardest time! I have to keep telling myself,

it's going to be my mantra from now on...I printed it out on the computer & I'm going to hang it EVERYWHERE!!! )

| spirit...try going to your profile then checking into preferences and making sure the section 'allow smilies' is ticked for yes...not sure if that's the prob or not though...computers can just be painful sometimes!
