| Ok my menu looks like this...
Breakfast: coffee w/ creamer=2pt cereal=3pt
S: granola bar=2pt sf/ff grape drink
L: sandwich=3pt brussel sprouts=0pt
S: cocoa=0pt sf/ff pudding with cool whip=2pt
D: my "own" made-up recipes...it has biscuits ripped up, homemade toamat sauce and small amt ff cheese =6pt veggies=0pt
S: ff/sf jello w/ coolwhip=1pt
total =19 pt can have 22pt

| that's a good menu Vicki, does that coffee tase black or can you taste the vanilla? I LOVE creamer and my coffee is 2 pts, so I was just wondering.

| I love the creamer is actually taste like french vanilla. I can't stand the taste of the coffee so I usually really doctor mine up. You can use 1 tbsp per cup to make it creamer. I chose 1/2 tbsp per cup so I could enjoy 2 cups of coffee point free. If you use more than 1 tbsp it will cost you a point. _________________ Vicki

forgot the pineapples at dinner, made reg grilled chicken breast instead and ate on a small whole wheat roll, ate 15 ff pringles, had 2 packs of fruit snacks, had 5 crackers with cheese on them _________________ Vicki
