| I might have posted this awhile back,,not real sure,,but I came across it again online and bookmarked it.It shows how many calories you take in a day to maintain your weight.The more you take in,,the more you gain,,,the less you take in,,the more you lose. I believe its cutting back 500 calories a day is atotal of a pound loss each week!
To me it makes it a little easier to handle losing weight.
Along with my diet I am doing a scrapbook journal,no one will see it in the beginning but me,,so for inspiration when I am wanting to cheat,,I can go to my scrapbook journal.Then when that weight is comming off and the pictures are slimming down,,,Id show it off to everyone!:cheers:LOL

| I like the journal idea. That's a good way to help you, emotionally on losing the weight.
I went to the calorie link and I have to eat 1915.5 calories a day to maintain my weight. No wonder I was gaining. I think I was eating close to double that amount per day. |
