| Good morning everyone. Today is the day to hop on those scales and see where we stand.
I lost 2.4 pounds. I am slowly inching towards my goal
168(Jan 1 weight)/163.4(today's weight)/138(goal weight)

| I have lost 7 lbs to date (I'm 1 day late for the weigh-in).
I couldnt be more excited ... I am going to pick up my dress on Sunday. Hopefully, I'll lose a few more before then. :-)
I have to get it altered anyways - I would like to lose another 40 by the wedding.
