Breakfast: eggs & toast coffee w/ creamer
Snack: hot cocoa and maybe a few saltines
Lunch: sandwich and fruit
Snack: coffee w/ creamer
Dinner: hot sausage and pepper and onion and potatoes baked
Dessert: Amish friendship bread Good luck!

| Yes, I was going to do it every Sunday. Breakfast: 1/3 C oatmeal w/ tsp honey sprinkle of granola cereal Snack: Small handful of almonds Lunch: Seaweed Salad (small sample they give with the wasabi) Edamamme (soybeans) Smoked Salmon & Seasame seed sushi roll
Snack: 1 cup popcorn
Dinner 3 small chunks of white meat turkey

| My lunch was different. My boss and I at a meeting at 11 so he took my to Skyline for lunch. Skyline is Cincinnati chili and so yummy but very fattening. | Oops... forgot yesterday's. Here's today:
Breakfast: fruity cheerios, orange juice, toast, multi-vitamin
Morning snack: Cream puffs (They were left over from our party), a cup of green tea
Lunch: Ham on wheat kaiser roll, potato chips
Afternoon snack: half an orange, a banana
Supper: meatballs, salad and a potato
And I've drank about 40 oz of liquids |

| | Thats good sissy..I drink alot also,,mainly sf tea,,and sometime water,,but it seems hard for me just to drink plain water,,I like it flavored.But either way they are 0 calories! |
