| Read this on Calorie king,,its a site about calorie counting etc. MYTHS
1.Skipping meals helps to lose weight:FALSE Its a proven fact people eating a nutrious breakfast stay in better health than those who dont..it also disrupts your metabolism.
2,A little wont hurt:FALSE Even though its a little amount or even a sliver of cheesecake,,,calories are still there and add up,,,some cheesecakes slivers,,,can be 500 calories!
3.Dont eat after 8pm:FALSE Studies have shown your body will store fat no matter what time of day it is.The key is how many calories you took in and how many did you burn off.
4.Bananas carrots and watermellon and tomatoes are loaded with sugar.FALSE Although they have sugar in them,,,youd have to eat 8 cups of chopped carrots to equal the amount of calories in 2 glazed donuts.
There are other myths on that website you can check out,,I did well on checking the myths,,except I have always thought eating late hurts a dieter more than eating early in the day.I guess it just if I eat late I need to burn it off before bed.  |
