| Does anyone use one? I'm been thinking of buying one to count my steps. I've read that 10,000 steps a day is equal to 5 miles of walking. You can burn anywhere from 2000 to 3500 calories a day by walking this many steps depending on how briskly you walk.
I'm doing research on finding a good one, at a reasonable price. |

| I have never used one Sissy, but it seems a great way to keep yourself moving....it would be a good idea to set goals (number of steps) and keep extending those goals..... _________________ Love is a fruit, in season at all times and within the reach of every hand. | Thanks, Donna. I bookmarked the site to buy one within the next couple of months.
Spirit - that's a good idea. Gradually increase the number of steps and work up to the goal of 10,000. |
