| You can do it kim, it just takes time and patience. You've had a lot of stressful situations to deal with lately and if you're anything like me, I 'comfort eat'....hard to get out of the habit huh? | Kim Instead of watching the scale try watching how your clothes fit instead. If you are exercising (I hope you are or will be!) then you should be gaining muscle and losing inches which will change how your clothes fit but might not show such a loss in pounds.
Whatever you do though, keep the determination you're showing us. Keep drinking that water, using a small plate and you'll get there. I know that you can do it! |

| Thanks to you all...
I have to go buy pants tomorrow...as I have always bought used pants at the thrift store, all but one pair are ripped out! So, DH said I need to buy 2 pair at walmart...hope this might make me feel a little more attractive and lead to wanting to do better....who knows |

| | Well, last night I went and bought pants....and I ended up buying men's jeans! The fit better in my legs...I can't stand the new Stretch jeans...they stick right to you! I ffel like I am wearinf tights when I wear them! I couldn't believe the difference in the make of the pants and the thickness of the denim from men's to womans...I think the mens pants will last longer too! |
