| Baked potatoes would make a nice filling lunch too and so easy to cook in the microwave! I love them with melted cheese and brown sauce...yummm... I'm pretty sure that some time back Donna started a post requesting fillings for baked potatoes. If you try a search you might find it. _________________ ~ By sowing frugality we reap liberty, a golden harvest. --Agesilaus ~ |

| Baked potatoes are also high in potassium, even higher than a banana, but you have to eat the skin. I like to chop up leftovers and eat them with the baked potaoe for lunch. _________________ Dear Lord, help me remember how lucky I am on both the good and the bad days! |
