| Breakfast: Glass of milk English muffin w/ PB
Snack: Almonds 6 pretzels Lunch: Ohhhh... so bad. McD's Big & Tasty w/ fries & Root Beer! ((I'm going to have to exercise again tonight when I get home)) Dinner: POrk Chops Green Beans
Exercise: Bike ride to library to drop off some books. (about 3 miles round trip) _________________ "It is not how much money you make - it is how you spend it."
