| Breakfast: coffee w/ vanilla creamer another cup plain 1 c. shredded wheat w/ 1% milk
lunch: on church day this is our "main" meal: 1c. beef stroganof (low cal) 1c. green beans 1 slice bread and butter
snack: fruit
Dinner: leftovers or 1c. cereal as we will be rushing to get around for the Children's program at church
dessert: I am going to limit myself to two cookies at the fellowship time after the children's program  |

| I have not planned my menu out yet.
Coffee - sweet-n-low and creamer
Breakfast - 2 eggs 1 turkey sausage 2 bacon shredded cheddar cheese
Lunch -fried chicken breast with skin removed
Snack - hard boiled egg
Dinner - sloppy joe without the bun handful french fries - oopsss

Lunch will be at the church shorly today is a community meal I have chicken and Rice with hot tea.

| YUM!! The program at church got canceled b/c of an ice storm we are having. SO, I had one homemade "ice cream " sandwich...it is SF pudding mixed with some FF coolwhip and put a little between grahm craker and freeze! Low Cal...SF...but tastes just as good as the real thing! |
