Well, I'm not feeling well this am so...not sure if I will be able to keep a menu...but here it is:

B:1/2 of my cup of coffee W/ creamer
cereal W/ 1% milk

S: none

L: sandwich

S: cofee...black

D: meatball sub (homemade meatballs)
mashed potatoes

S: pudding or toast & jam
