| My oh my....where's the month going!!!
B: coffee w/ creamer..using smaller cup, so using less creamer shredded wheat w/ 1% milk
S: pretzels & diet soda...got the big fat hard to bite pretzle pieces, so they are harder to eat...but tastey!
L: probly a sandwich w/ mustard and fruit...no mayo...so that's a change!

D: spaghetti w/ garlic bread
S: SMALL peice of cake ( Ash "made" a cake for her Daddy's first day of day shift, so we have some left over...you can't say no cake to a little kid as she will cry...no weight loss is worth that! ) |

Breakfast - 1 egg 1/2 turkey sausage 1 bacon shredded cheddar cheese
Lunch - cheeseburger withe mustard no bun salad Walden farms dressing calusen pickle
Dinner - cheeseburger with mustard no bun salad Claussen Pickle

| Well I must confess...I am PMS-ing and had a bite size canybar and for snack I had 1 slice toast w/ hommade strawberry rhubarb jam,,,ARGGG...I really want to do this!! SOO...all I can do is keep pluggin along! Great menu's ladies! Are you having any trouble sticking to it? If so...or if not...any tips to keep on track?!!? |

| Instead of a salad I had spinach. I am struggling but doing well. I made homemade brownies tonight and tasted a crumb - literally! Tomorrow I have cookies to bake and homemade rolls and I can't have any. I also have a party to go to tomorrow so it will be tough. I just keep telling myself I have to do this! Hang in there Kim!! It's okay to slip as long as you realize it and then get back on track. _________________ Vicki |

| I was good night instead ot tater tots I had a nice salad ..
I brought some turkey sausage today I hope my Dear family likes it .
