Good morning!!
Yesterday I switched stuff a little...but only because of time and it didn't make a difference in my points

B: coffee w/ creamer
cereal

S: grahm crackers (2)

L: leftover soup and baked potatoe

S: coffee w/ creamer

D: spanish rice
green beans
1 slice garlic bread

S: not sure yet...

Breakfast - 1 cup ff milk
Honeycomb cereal

Lunch -leftover Roast, potatoes and carrots

Dinner - grilled chicken breast

I did today so I ate some honey mustard pretzel bites.

My lunch today was nachos with shredded cheddar cheese broiled

and dinner will be leftovers
