Good morning! The weekend went ok...I'm down 3 lbs...I know it's not weigh-in day, but I stepped on the scale anyways Smile

B: coffee w/ creamer
cereal

S: FF pringles or 2 grahm crackers

L: Quick pea soup
10 saltines
fruit

S: coffee w. creamer

D: WW homemade onion rings
squash casserole
meatroll

S: WW frozen pie recipe Smile

I am not getting on the scale but am going to judge by the way my clothes fit.

Coffee
2 pkts sweet-n-low
tbsp french vanilla creamer

Breakfast - 1 cup ff milk
1 1/4 cup Kashi Vive

Lunch - not sure yet

Dinner - Roast cooked in crockpot with carrots and potatoes
2 small biscuits
