| Boy, I really wasted yesterday, I got a fairly early start on the day and went down hill from there. Shopped all day but as I don't need anything it was a waste of time, had lunch at a fast food place and ate all the spicy fries, then stopped at our local pub to see my girl friends and had 4 glasses of wine on top of the ff lunch, then came home and made spagetti and meatballs for 2 and ate both servings. Plus I completed missed saying my afternoon prayers. But today will be better! I've had my coffee with lowfat milk, now I'm going to have lowfat cottage cheese and blueberrys topped with some Kashi ceral. Then I plan on saying some morning prayers before a walk on the beach. Plus I plan to go to the YMCA this afternoon for a weight workout. Hope you have a good Saturday, too.
