| Ok...don't know if we want to post menu's again for the new year or not...but I'll start 
B: coffee w. creamer & cereal S: 2 grahm crackers & crystlal lite L: Veggies & fruit cocktail...maybe some pinto beans S: coffee & 5 pretzels if needed D: leftovers...will meausre portions S: jello w/ cool whip free
I read an old journal as I was organizing in my bedroom and it was from 2005 and I was 3 lbs away from my goal weight! Isn't that sad...I now have 45 lbs to lose to get there again...I was only 3 lbs away...this broke my heart.  |

Breakfast - 1 egg 4 slices precooked bacon 1/8 cup sharp cheddar cheese
Lunch - Leftover NY Strip brocolli salad with walden farms dressing
Dinner - Polska Kielbasa Salad with walden farms dressing

| | Well, I amde another change to make up for the change in lunch..to balance things out a bit, I am now going to have venison meat chunks and squash casserole and a SMALL amount of noodles...lol...maybe someday I'll get this down! When I lost weight before I had more $ than we do now, so I could buy different foods..so this will be tricky!! |
