| I am willing to post my menus, exercise and such and would love to have others join in. I started today not exactly by the book as I am feeling my way through this during the Holidays and I plan to hit it full force after the 1st.

| I start posting too .. I am on Insulin ( i use a pen ) and I am having a tme getting my menu set but I be glad to post it .
