| | I just took a nice walk around the block. The weather was beautiful here - in the low 50's, which is very unusual for this time of year. That's all I'll do as I'm heading for a lecture tonight at the church. I'll take some time, though, tonight before I go to bed and do some deep breathing exercizes. |

| Hmmm....I could almost cheat and count my work as excercise...lol.
At 7am I started offloading 2 pallets of milk, 9 crates per layer and 5 layers high (18 litres of milk in most crates). My arms should look like Schwarzeneggers soon! It usually takes me an hour to an hour & a half to fill the milk fridges. Then when the day's delivery arrived I offloaded 3 pallets of stock...boxes of cheese, butter, yogurts, juices etc....then I flip the empty pallets and push them around to the back of the warehouse then go work on the stock. It's pretty physical but after initially losing a few pounds I'm stuck again!!!
Tomorrow (Saturday) we normally receive 4 pallets of milk So, needless to say I don't feel like doing much this evening when I'm facing that tomorrow...lol. Also at lunchtime I went for a brisk walk...it's approx. 600m from one end of the shopping centre to the other!
Does that all count as exercise?...hmmm.... _________________ ~ By sowing frugality we reap liberty, a golden harvest. --Agesilaus ~ |

| | skin, the Incredible Hulk was my first thought, too. I wouldn't want to do any more exercise at the end of the day if I had to lift all that. |

| Well I'm definitely green today, 5 pallets of milk!!! 1 rollcage of milk, 3 pallets of frozen (which I just had to park in the freezer..phew) and 4 whopping pallets of chilled (only worked through 3 of those ). Four days per week is enough of all that, I told them I didn't want to work 5 like they kept rostering me....I'm too flamin' old....don't have the energy levels I used to. Who wants to face housework....sheesh! Four days is much better.
Lou Ferringo (or whatever his name was) eat your heart out!!!....lol.
I think, more than anything, it's my diet I need to be more careful with to shift a few more pounds. Take in less calories, I've been cutting down on sweet stuff and eating fruit at lunchtimes....should help sooner or later huh? Finger's crossed. _________________ ~ By sowing frugality we reap liberty, a golden harvest. --Agesilaus ~ |
