I have just completed my 2nd set of stair running for the day and I'm admitting I'm puffed! I must be pretty unfit even though I run around all day at work!
As in my other post, I walk down the stairs taking deep breaths in-and-out then turn around and run back up the stairs, I'm doing this for a total of 10 times (each way) for one week and plan to increase that by 5 times per week over the next few weeks.
My legs tired more quickly on my 2nd bout today scratch

I have an aerobics video I brought with me from Ireland...used twice during 7 years in Australia laugh I must dig it out or invest in a new one! I'll try to do that twice, if not three times, per week.
