Good morning everyone. Today is the day to hop on those scales and see where we stand.

I lost 2.4 pounds. I am slowly inching towards my goal

168(Jan 1 weight)/163.4(today's weight)/138(goal weight)

I have lost 7 lbs to date (I'm 1 day late for the weigh-in).

I couldnt be more excited ... I am going to pick up my dress on Sunday. Hopefully, I'll lose a few more before then. :-)
I have to get it altered anyways - I would like to lose another 40 by the wedding.

As of yesterday I have lost 4 total but only 2 last week....

I lost 1 lb. It'll probably come back for a visit again soon, and it usually brings a friend...lol.

I know that feeling skin. Thats how I got up to the weight I am at now. BUt now I am not allowing the visitor or its friends. LOL

ooohhhh Vicki! LOL,,, you are bad! LOL...hope you enjoyed your 2nd cup! I had a weak moment and wanted a BigMac really really bad this weekend and DH would NOT let me cheat! ARGG..LOL..I was thankful, but MAN,I WANT A BIGMAC!!!!!!!!

I know they are bad for me! YUCK! I am so glad that DH made me stick with it! I would have felt really awful had I purged, you know? I love the encouragement that I get here! You all are great!
