| Thanks Vicki. I love broccoli. I've started eating a half-bowl of plain All Bran for breakfast mixed with a little milk, some grapes and banana slices. | Skin that is great that you added in some breakfast. Kim is right in the fact that it is very important. Also if you dont feed your body it will go into starvation mode and when you do eat it will store it as fat _________________ Vicki
