| I have an appointment with someone tomorrow to view the Akron house.
He is an investor.
Not getting into too many details, they have comps of the houses in the area and was OK with the price I asked for. They just need to come and take a look at the house to make sure it is in good condition and give us the contract to look over.
They said they normally ask for a signed contract in 24 hours - I will not sign it without a lawyer looking at it. If they have to wait a week, they will have to wait a week. Sobeit.
Please pray that everything works out with this deal.

| Praying that all the details of the sale of your house will go well M.! It would be so nice to be able to put your full attention on the home that you and DH are living in now.

| We drove an hour to get there for the guy to not show.
I wrote him a letter stating that we waited for 30 minutes, and I am no longer interested in doing business with him.
We are now in the process of working with a "motivated realtor."
