| Please pray for my health.
I've been sick for the past couple of months.
Starting on Monday (because I have to go grocery shopping this weekend), my diet is going to be changing. I need to eat more fruits and vegetables and cut back on all of the pasta and bread.
I know I've been so sick because of exhaustion, and I need to keep my immunity up. We have so much going on this Summer, I cant afford to be sick the whole time.
As I've been saying for the past week: I'm Sick and Tired of being Sick and Tired!

| I am sorry to hear that your health is suffering M., and believe me I completely understand about being sick and tired. We are having to change a lot of the foods we eat also, and it is so hard to find healthier choices sometimes. I will be praying for you!
