All, with a large increase. I do not buy a couple of the items at all, or very little, but what I do get has gone way up in price.

I'd have chosen fruit/veg. but they weren't on the list. Some supplies were greatly affected by long droughts here and this was reflected in soaring prices. Most other items I haven't noticed much difference, I buy a lot of homebrand/generic where possible.

I chose meat, milk & eggs.

I have to look for sales on all of these in order to purchase anymore.

I checked #8. I go shopping every week and still can't believe how prices have increased. It was on the news last night that things are going up because:

A) Wheat has gone up in price because farmers aren't planting as much.
B) Corn has gone up in price because it is being used for ethanol gas.
C) The cost of oil is increasing the cost of gas.

So, there you have it. We're all between a rock and hard place.

I checked #8, plus some other foods have gone up drastically also....I have been relying on canned fruits instead of fresh because of my denture challenges and have found my favorite canned mandarin oranges have gone up from 75 cents to $1.05 and probably climbing as I speak Shocked If there is a trucker's strike as rumored (because of high gas prices) it is only going to get worse....

This is interesting as it's been featured on news programs the last few days. There will be a national survey on grocery pricing, we have two main supermarkets who control 80% of the market so there's very little competition. Consumers have been getting a raw deal.
