I chose meat - when meat is on sale, I buy alot of it.
I bought 70# of skinless chicken breast last time it was on sale. Pork chops are on sale this week at a local market - I am thinking of buying at least 15# of it because we never eat anything but chicken breast and ground turkey. I'm thinking this will spice up the menu a bit.
They also have steaks for $2.99/lb. I dont like spending that much for anything, but I may purchase a few pounds to "treat" ourselves sometime.

For me, SAL & Aldi's has pretty good prices on everything else. So I just get it as I need it. We stock up on the "neccesities" such as cream of mushroom soup, because without it, Todd cant cook all the meat we've got in the freezer! :-)
