Answer by ticking your selected choices.
This is multiple choice and is for fun.

The only one I had trouble with was the last choice because 'I' love Christmas but DH & DS just bear it...lol.

I ticked that ~we open gifts on Christmas day, we have dinner at home, we fill stockings (but only for the kids, not Mom & Dad) & we have an artificial tree (2 actually, one bigger, pre-lit one in the living room, and a smaller-6 ft. one-in my bedroom, decorated with exclusively Disney ornaments).
I didn't choose whether I love/survive Christmas because I'm in between with that one. It's not so stressful that I feel I need to "survive" it (other than Christmas eve with the in-laws Rolling Eyes ) and yet I don't know if i totally "love" it. I "like" it- Wink certain parts are better than others...I Love the music & the lights.

I chose open gifts on both Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. We do fill stockings. We eat at relatives and I chose both love Christmas but do survive it.

I have a whole different attitude towards Christmas this year, and I've really enjoyed the preparations and the days leading up to it. I made up my mind that no one can ruin my holiday except for myself and things can change with a better attitude.

Cheapy - I have Disney ornaments, too. I would like to put up our table top tree and decorate it next year with all the Disney ornaments we have, but I have to figure out where to put the tree.

Christmas Morning - every year we laugh about the times we were putting toys togehter til 5 am and the boys would wake at 5:30 ahhhh. Stockings , we do them - I fill them up
Even one for Daddy. We eat home and have for 32 years , first year we went to My Mil house in Noth GA had dinner got on a plane and had dinner at Daddys in Texas .. then New Years Eve we spent at Daddys and flew back to have New years Day with my MIL I promised myself I would never do that again.
My DH is Mr Christmas he picks out the tree and grooms it every year its the best tree ever . Its really neat to cut your Tree off your own land. We love Christmas .

Since it is my Mom and myself, we do things very simple and relaxed. We will have a special Christmas dinner at home and yes, we do love Christmas. It was not always this way due to a lot of stressful situations, but we made some changes, and now we celebrate joyfully. I really, really love Christmas music!!!

This has been a great Christmas. I was not stressed over gifts and such like in previous years.

I'm glad you found it easier and enjoyed it Vicki, I was more prepared this year and not so stressed either. I plan on being prepared quite early next year also.
I avoided shopping on today's Boxing Day sales, I didn't NEED anything...I got a few packs of Christmas cards for next year for half-price last week! Smile
I believe it's possible to over-prepare...and in a way I reckon that's wasteful too, a few of the 'bargains' I got last year are still sitting here unused Rolling Eyes

My gift chest (cedar chest) is empty! The items we purchased last year after Christmas were all used! Making this the least expensive Christmas for us ever. Only 2 items were purchased on credit and I will pay them off in January when the bill arrives as they were not expensive. I still have a ton of stick on name tags and wrapping paper so don't need any of that for next year. I do believe I am going out to the sales today though as my Mom gave me $50 and I do believe I can buy some gift for next year with it.

We have 'zero credit debt' from this Christmas, best news ever!
I have surplus wrapping paper (for years to come), cards, tags, etc...
I 'may' or 'may not' check out the sales...I haven't decided as I feel I just need to step back from the Christmas train of thought for a while...lol...even though this was a well organized year for me, my brain still feels a bit fried Smile
There are so many occasions during the year to pick up bargains too, not necessarily Christmas themed.

I had the best Christmas I've ever had in 17 years. I changed my attitude and really enjoyed it. The best part is - we received very few gifts and we didn't go into debt for the ones we bought for people.

I had to check we do stockings and we donot do stockings as we normally do, but this year we didn't. We have an artifical tree as David fears a Christmas tree fire (he's a retired fireman). I love Christmas, David survives it. This year I let go and went with the flow, presents went out in time for them to get where they were going by Christmas. Cards are still going out as I enjoy hearing from folks anytime and figure they do too. We went away to visit friends the week before Christmas and I visited my cousin Dan and his mother's sister and her daughter on Christmas Eve (Dan's visiting his Auntie from Thailand where he is a RC Priest) I attended a beautiful Mass on Christmas morning (one regret it was by myself, I'd love to get David to attend). We had a delicious and easy to do pork roast with roast vegetables.
