| I made it here finally! Seems that life just never stops. 
Right after this board got started, the company I worked for started having us work 3 a.m. to 3 p.m. We did this for almost 2 weeks, then on day they called us all in together and said, "The company is shutting down effective at 3:00 p.m. today." Then they gave us information on unemployment benefits and basically said, "pick up your last check on Thursday."
So, I'm getting over the sleep deprivation and exhaustion and I've got to find a new job fast. I've registered with every place I can find and should start getting my unemployment at the end of the month.
Hopefully, the job search won't last long. Keep me in your prayers!

| Well Sharla, I sent you an email. But I will tell you here also. It is so good to have you with us but I am sorry to hear of you losing your job. I will be praying my friend that you find a job to your liking and soon!!

| Oh, I got more good news today....NOT! Unemployment will not pay me any benefits!! They said I haven't worked long enough. So, I see how it is, I should move to Mexico, become a citizen there. Then come back here illegally to get anything. I've worked in Texas for 24 years with only 3 years where I worked in a commission position and this is how I get treated????!!!!
Can you tell I'm angry?

| LOL..Sharla..sorry you lost your job and no benefits,,but you seem to have kept your sense of humor about it,,,cute!
All things happen for a reason,,,I am sure you will find a job soon and like it alot more than that old one,,,they went about letting people go in such a awful way,,no notice etc! |
