Skin, I am sorry you have to deal with this and worse yet for them to incinuate that you provoked her with her history. I am glad you filed a complaint and your husband is being so supportive. Hopefully this issue will be resolved promptly.

I hope things work out for you, Skin. Let us know how things go on Wednesday. In the meantime, enjoy the days off. The dinner sounded wonderful. That was a nice thing for your DH to do.

A quick update:

The cleaner has gone. They are contracted in separately through an agency and not directly recruited by my employers. I think my 'incidents' may have been the icing-on-the-cake so to speak. The husband is still working in the store, I've had no further problems and no stress.
They must have decided enough was enough but I am glad they took the issue seriously and dealt with it promptly.
As the manager commented, this was not the first time...but it was the last...

p.s. I was told they had one of 'my' altercations on video too Rolling Eyes (big brother is watching!)

This is great Skin, and you and DH must be so relieved. I have been really concerned about your return to work, and am so happy to hear that the problem was taken seriously and dealt with right away.

I very much appreciate your concern for me Mary. I'm also relieved that the situation was taken seriously as too often these things are left undealt with. I did word my statement very strongly and used words like harassment, intimidation, etc. (which it was). Thanks for thinking of me Smile

I'm so glad it all worked out for you, skin. I still don't understand why it took so long for something to be done with her since she threatened other employees.

Say a prayer for her husband. The poor man has to deal with her 24/7.

I kind of feel sorry for him Sissy as his work load has increased but he still gets the job done. In some ways maybe he's getting a break as she used to spend half their work night yelling at him too!
