I like Mary Hunt's www.debtproofliving.com. I don't know for sure if they have a forum, but they must, though I don't belong to it.
I just enjoy reading her "Thought of the day"...it's always very positive, and encouraging. And informative, too.
She also provides links to news story articles that are related to finances that are pretty interesting.
And there's a "quote of the day",too, that I also enjoy.
Every Sunday she posts a financial related poll...it's fun to see what "page" everyone else is on(financially). Very Happy

for me its http://www.hillbillyhousewife.com/ she's a queen of frugal great recipes and hints

http://www.stretcher.com it covers everything.

I love the one that I have mentioned before www.thefamilyhomestead.com
It is the website of a sweet Christian lady that focuses on simple, healthy, homesteading, homeschooling and frugal living. She also has an enjoyable blog. You could check out www.frugalliving.about.com for informative articles.

My favourite site for frugally related tips and ideas before finding frugals was www.thriftyfun.com
That's where I found the link to the frugals site. It covers all sorts of topics and I've picked up many good ideas from there also.
