| And i thought I would post a note really quickly to let you all know that I am thinking about all of you!! Thanks to all who have sent me Christmas cards, mine are on the way!!
I have been busy (as is everybody, I know!!)
Just to update: I had a nice trip to FLA. (Disney world). It was warm (in the 80's, wore shorts everyday),and we came back to 20 degree weather-ick! oh well, it's winter in New England. Back to reality.
Weight watchers has been going well for me...I gained a tiny bit over the past couple of weeks, between the vacation & trying to get back on track now that I'm back, but I'm still only 3 lbs. away from my goal. Has anyone here seen that Jenny Craig commercial w/Valerie bertinelli (the most recent one) where she is emotional & says that ashe is 3 lbs. away from her goal & is so excited cuz she knows that this New Year's day she will not be making a resolution to lose weight for the first time in 20 years? well, that's kinda how I feel! though it's been more like 5 years for me!  & it IS emotional, i know just how she feels & it's kinda motivational to actually see someone on TV say it.
Hopefully I can come here more often soon...but in the meantime, thanks everyone for remembering me!! I SO appreciate it!!
& special thoughts & prayers go out to everyone here who needs them, I'm sorry I've been neglecting you all!!

| Nice to hear from you Cheapy - the trip sounded like so much fun and congrats on getting so close to your goal. I am sharing your excitement as I am also within 1 pound of my goal but then keep going from there to 2 to 1 to 3, etc. so hope that by New Years I will be solidly on the goal or maybe even below it??? It is truly emotional...I was shocked on my last doctor's visit when he was so happy to hear that I was feeling so much better....he told me that that visit was the first time he had ever seen me smile!!! wow that hit me hard so now I will remember to smile a lot during my future visits
