| I've added a few photos of some of the wild possums who visited us every night on the deck of our cabin over the last few evenings. They were so cute and had HUGE appetites. They were so friendly and looked so cute it's almost easy to forget they're wild animals. They had claws like needles (OUCH) and would clamber at your leg if you didn't feed them fast enough...lol. The youngest and smallest ones were adorable. We also had a few wallabies (similar to a kangaroo but smaller) visit beneath the deck too. It was amazing to see them and get so close. We kept our distance from the large lizard, half of it's tail was missing too! _________________ ~ By sowing frugality we reap liberty, a golden harvest. --Agesilaus ~ |

| These possums look alot different from ours. We chase them away from here as they are very mean!!! They like to eat the cat food we leave outside. With us being in the woods we always have raccoons, possums, and deer in our yard along with the squirrels, birds, bugs, insects and snakes. Our neighbor own peacocks at night with the windows open they can be very annoying. _________________ Vicki |
