Appreciation can make a day, even change a life. Your willingness to put it into words is all that is necessary. -Margaret Cousins

I am very grateful and in awe of the hawks I have been seeing lately on my walk/runs...sometimes 1, sometimes 2 doing a mating dance in the sky, sometimes as many as 5 just circling and dipping and swooping in the wind...

Today I'm grateful to have helped a lady out through freecycle. I was offering two 'new' sheets from full sets which I wasn't going to use. When she arrived I also offered her a quilt/duvet cover set too. She has 5 teenage kids and was so appreciative. We ended up chatting for well over an hour. She's also keeping my email address in case friends are clearing out good toys etc. so she can refer them to me for the knitting group's charities. She was a lovely lady, I really enjoyed meeting her.
What goes around, comes around Smile

I am grateful for the pair of trousers I found in the spare room closet this morning to wear to my job interview...my shoes 'so' did not go with my skirt! I had forgotten I'd bought them ages ago at a thrift store, quality black ones that seem brand new, I had them hemmed up within 1/2 an hour. Luckily they still fit me, lol.

I am greatful for God's Word!
This is the verse that helped me today, I want to share it with you all Smile

James 1:17 (NKJ)
" Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and cometh down from the Father of lights, with whom is no variableness, niether shadow of turning..(1Cool..Of His own will begat He us with the word of truth, that we should be a kind of firstfruits of his creatures."
