If you can hook a chain you can crochet, I like to crochet while watching TV.

| Thanks Teri  , I had a quick look and the first few instructions seemed easy then I started getting cross-eyed...lol...I'm determined to learn though, I shall have to get a crochet hook and some yarn and try it while I'm reading, I think that'd be best.
I've asked DH to get me a crochet book for beginners for Christmas that a lady from the 'Knitting For Brisbane's Needy' site recommended. It's got great big pictures in it  I hope DH remembers my 'forceful' hint! 
Like yourself I enjoy knitting (in place of crocheting) while watching t.v. I just cranked out another beanie last night, they're so quick to make!
