| I got this book from the library, and I thought some here may appreciate it. I was having a really rough week last week, and needed something to pick me up. This book has a positive saying for each and every day. My plan is to type it all up and save it so I can look at the versus every day to help start my day off right.
· When you wholeheartedly adopt a "with all your heart" attitude and go all out with the positive principle, you can do incredible things. · You can be greater than anything that can happen to you. · Every day remind yourself of your own ability, of your good mind and affirm that you can make something really good out of your life. · Stress the thought of plenty. Thoughts of plenty help create plenty.
These are the first four days.

| M, Rev. N.V. Peele was a wonderful writer, and way ahead of his time. When others missed the connection between helping others and our mental health and our mental health and physical health he ran with it. I first heard about his books from my friend Marion in the 1980s, Rev. Peele was still alive at that time and you could often hear him speak on the radio, it was like listening to a favorite wise uncle. Read How to Win Friends and Influence Others for a real positive lesson in life. _________________ Dear Lord, help me remember how lucky I am on both the good and the bad days! |

| Skin, I hope you're bout of the blues has disappated, too. My friend Carolyn that was having a problem after the holidays thinks it might be seasonal due to the lack of sunlight. She's trying to get out for a while each day at lunch and walk on the weekends. We all get the blahs from time to time, it's nice to have friends to vent to and get advise from. Thanks guys! _________________ Dear Lord, help me remember how lucky I am on both the good and the bad days! |

| I'm getting there Teri, thank-you
Do you ever go through phases where you just feel a bit disenchanted with things? It probably had a lot to do with the holidays build-up, taking on too much in too little time and it was all over so quickly. I always feel a bit deflated after Christmas especially, probably also to do with having no family here in Aus. To me, Christmas is family time and I always miss my Gran more-so then.
I feel bad off-loading my down-mood on anyone and try not to but it's equally bad bottling it inside.
Life keeps moving though and it's picking up speed again DS started his new job today, I'm off to my first 'Knit & Natter' today with ladies from the knitting group (finally!) and we have a mini-break to look forward to in May, it's good to keep the mind occupied huh? _________________ ~ LESS IS MORE ~ |

| It seems I could use this book too. Thanks for the heads up M. The after holiday blues got me bad this year. I am just starting to get out of my funk. Hope everyone is feeling sunny and cheery. _________________ [url=http://www.TickerFactory.com/]

| I've never read any of his books and I don't know why.
I'm sorry to hear some of you are feeling out of sorts, lately. I hope things go better for all of you. |

| I see that I'm a few weeks late on reading these posts. I must have missed them. I will try to post more versus from the book this weekend. I didnt realize that some are having just as rough of a time as I am lately! I think it could be the lack of sun and warmth! Along with stress... ~M _________________ "It is not how much money you make - it is how you spend it."
