| | Does anyone belong to a warehouse club,,such as a Sams Club or maybe something like that with a different name?Theres a Sams club within 10-15 miles from our home and it cost 35.00 to join for a years membership. Was wanting to see if anyone else belonged to them and what your opinion is about it..like is it worth the 35.00 fee ...are there really good sales and savings from them? |

| I did belong to BJ's and I used to go to Sam's with my brother but found I spend way too much in there and that I can also find better deals at the regular stores by watching for sales. I let my membership expire _________________ Vicki

| I belong to Sam but only because my company pays for it. I mostly go there to develop digital pictures. It is $.13/print done in minutes...it beats even most internet developing sites. It is easy to spend a lot of money. We just take a list of things we know are cheaper and stick to it. Also...great deal their bread flour is $5.89/25 lb bag. A 5 lb bag at my grocery is $3.29. You need to check price per oz or lb and compare because many times it is not any cheaper. _________________ [url=http://www.TickerFactory.com/]

| I got a "trial" membership for a month but found I was better off with Aldi's and SAL for the items. From what I could tell, most of the items were name brand items. If you shop at Giant Eagle religiously (like my dad and his wife), then yes, it could save you some money. But for me, personally, it wouldnt make sense to buy a year's membership for the few items I'd get in the year.
