| Start a little collection of bookends, you could probably pick some up at a thrift shop.
Get a photo frame and place some nice bookmarks in it, side-by side, or use a few frames and print off some quotes on reading in a nice font to put into the frames.
If you could find a craft for making a bookworm, that'd be really cute....maybe out of styrofoam balls or pompoms and stick googly eyes on and/or a little pair of glasses! _________________ ~ LESS IS MORE ~ |

| Skin,,you need to write a book on all your ideas,,you are really creative. Maybe different pictures of maps..like global and next one local ,,maybe maps to the library or store or park,Each one is a different map but they all are framed the same way,,this way it would be more organized, uniformed looking and pretty. |

| Donna I am passing your map iea to my riend with older kids...it was a great idea!
I couldn't make my bookworm yesterday as we were working on our well for 6 hrs and Ash had a friend over...but I am still going to make it! I am going to use country colors to fit my decor and prop a really old Petter Rabbit book up by it...the book was Rob's when he was a boy. |

| | You know Kim,,this has me inspired to make a shelf in the spare room(also the playroom for grandkids) for their books and to make this bookworm also. They have a house shaped bookshelf but it holds more toys than books...and lately they have been having this love for reading and to read to...this is going to be fun! |

| I'm so pleased you're going to use the idea I'd love to know how it turns out, I just thought it'd be cute for kids especially, or the 'inner kid' in all of us.
I saw a great set of bookends that would be very easy to make yourself. They were just the simple L-shape frames but one had the letter 'A' stuck on it, and the other the letter 'Z'. They'd be great for either end of a book stash. _________________ ~ LESS IS MORE ~ |
