| Well, I finally dug out my mending hamper today, which I'd been threatening to do for goodness knows how long!
I threaded up my Gran's treadle sewing machine and repaired seams on 4 pairs of DH's boxers, 3 pairs of DH's shorts and 1 pair of my p.j. pants. I would've replaced zips in 2 pairs of trousers also except I didn't have the zips
I'll have to measure up and pick up zips next time I remember. I have a throw in the hamper also which I'd knit several months ago but just had to add tassles to both ends, so I'll do that this evening while watching t.v. That shouldn't leave much in my basket....Yayyyyy
I'll finish another waiting project tomorrow, a shaggy patchwork rug I'd been knitting months ago and didn't finish either The rug and throw will look good in the spare bedroom when I finally finish them _________________ ~ LESS IS MORE ~ |
