Thanks for the info M,,I read her article and also like to mention the video on there about a lady named Donna Freeman.She has it titled Living poor and loving it.
She goes on to say she left her bad marriage and is going back to school and living on 250 a week income,I dont know if thats before or after taxes,,but she goes on about her apartment is completley furnished by thrift shops dumpster diving except for her bed and computer.She even goes into having a savings account on her income and pays all her bills on time.
Coupons and rebates is how she gets alot of discounts too.She says she has 3 rules to live by to love living on a low income,,,

1.Have little money
2.Live within your means of that money.
3.Rule 2 will change your life if you let it.
