[b:f5ee56ed8c]STAMP OUT LOVE[/b:f5ee56ed8c]
To jazz up homemade valentines or store bought envelopes, make your own rubber stamps. With a pencil or aker, draw the shape you want on a smal block of wood, such as a child’s building block. Cut pieces of thin rubber bands to fit the shape and glue the pieces to the block with rubber cement. Press your handmade stamp onto an oridinary ink pad and stamp your design.

Alternatively, cut a potato in half and draw a simple outline shape on the flat, freshly cut surface of one half. Cyt away the waste aound your outline to lift the shape above the surface, and you’ll have a simple (though short lived) stamp for those valentines and other craft projects.

Say “I LOVE YOU” with ...... Cereal
Right in the moddle of a valentine-making fest and fresh out of glitter? Tryadding 6-8 drops of red food coloring to uncooked Cream of Wheat or Cream of Rice. Stir well, spread mixture out in thin layer on newspaper to dry. Apply just like real glitter. It won’t sparkle but it will jazz up those valentines.

It's also nice to serve toast or pancakes for breakfast cut into heartshapes using a cookie-cutter. Smile
