Thanksgiving Jar - Pick a time to start this and when things come up that you are thankful for, write them down on a slip of paper and put in the jar. On Thanksgiving let everyone take turns reading.
Thanksgiving Tree - Make a tree and leaves out of contruction paper. You can cover with adhesive or leave it as is. Put this up 1st of the month or so and when you come across something you are thankful for write it on a leave and add it to the tree. Come Thanksgiving you will probably have a full tree.
Thanksgiving Turkey - Same concept as the tree but use a Turkey and the feathers to write your thanks on.

| we do one of these the turkey tail ... everyone writes what they thankful for and we do a wreath of thankful thoughts from the children for the door.
