Cut a 4-5" bell shape from the cardboard. Besure you cut it so that the holes in between the front and back layer of the cardboard are at the top and bottom of the bell.
Cut a 3" piece of the sparkle stem.
Slide the two ends of the stem into the top of the bell to make a ring shaped holder for the bell.
Unwrap the lollipop and rewrap in foil.
Slide the stick of the lollipop through the hole at the center of the bottom of the bell so that the lollipop forms the clapper of the bell.
Decorate with a line of gold star stickers. You could put just enough stars to write out the letters in a person name.
