This should probably go under cheap thrills but tonight I went to Walmart,! I went in to buy some paint for the bedroom,,,and had to walk around the clearance toy section,,things like pool toys,,seasonal things.They had these blow up Barbie furniture for little girls,,,,,its a nice size seat with a matching footstool and a lil repair kit in case it gets a leak,says it will hold up to 120 pounds!
Well,,,they were 10.00 each..which I thought was the sale price, BUT ,they were marked down to 3.00 a seat!!!!!! Can you believe that,,I bought 5 of them,,one for each grand daughter and 2 for our twin neices! Thats 15.00 for 5 Christmas gifts!! Pays to shop ahead!!

well, it not really a deal but my Sister in law hope chest was stolen when she was 15 they were on a misson trip and her Grandfather had the stuff in storage , this weekend I found on at the harvest sale I brought and a local cabinet maker is going to refinish for me , some one had painted lime green ... so I giving my Sister in law a new hope chest .. and my everyone is going to fill it with things ... I kow she will love it

I had such big plans on making quilts and crotchet for some gifts this year but just havent done it at all with the remodeling going on.We are making progress,,but those things like paying bills and going to the job every day gets in the way...LOL
No seriously we are having so much fun with this remodeling that we are trying to pinch in a few gifts each payday to help with Christmas.I started a Christmas club account in Sept for next year,,(no one knows,,hehehe) wish I would have done that last year!!
I have a jump start on it though,,found awesome sales,,,,I even have 5 gifts wrapped already...wrapping paper and bows and stickers were from last years after Christmas sales..love those!

Oops..sorry I meant to mention ,,if you sign up for Jo0ann fabrics and Hobby Lobby newsletters ,,you can do that online..the have coupons in them.My hobby Lobby one has some 40% off one item,,Joanns has 50% of anything or 30-40% off certain items.Each of these stores has toys crafts projects ,,all kinds of items for about anyone and all ages.I sound like a commercial for them dont I ,,LOL

Also Linen and Things newsletters usually has 20-25% coupons in them,,in their newsletters too.Every bit adds up!

Anyone know of other discounts?
