| Well my feet were a little sore this evening so while I was sitting at the pc I got a tennis ball, took of my shoes & socks, and rolled it around under each foot, one at a time. Boy did that feel nice & it helped too! _________________ ~ LESS IS MORE ~ |

| | My doctor said to do this when my feet are hurting,,it helps with the tendons and ligaments,,if you dont have a tennis ball,,you can also use a can of soup,,veggie,,just roll your foot back and forth,,your right skin,,it does make a difference! |

| | My doc said for me to wear New Balance tennis shoes,,because of falling arches and I have what is called (sp) Plantars Fascitis.Thats when you are on your feet and then go take a break or even go to bed,,and when you get back up on them,,or wake up in the morning,,it kills you to step on your feet! It is VERY painful...doc,,said it is because the tendons and ligaments tighten in your feet,,rolling them on the ball or can helps stretch them,, so they wont hurt as much! I have notice a major difference since I wear New Balance and do the stretching excercises ,,been doing this for 3 years now. |

| | Its such a simple thing to do to get such a stress relief aching away feeling.Im so glad to know this trick. When I am at work and we have to work on the computer for what seems like hours,,I will take a shoe off and run my foot back and forth on it some,,not the same as a ball but does help to revive them a bit. |

| | I have the same foot problem as Donna, and I roll a tennis ball, too. It helps getting up in the morning with minimal or no pain. |
