JUST POUR APPLE CIDAR VINEGAR IN A PLASTIC CONTAINER AND SOAK YOUR FEET FOR ABOUT 20 MINS. (I DO THIS WHILE WATCHING TV OR PAYING BILLS). THIS WILL HELP DRY SKIN, FOOT FUNGUS, NAIL FUNGUS, CALLOUSES, ETC. I PERSONALLY, JUST HAVE A CONTAINER THAT I JUST LEAVE THE VINEGAR IN, PUT THE LID ON AFTER A SOAK, AND THEN JUST SLIDE UNDER MY BED. AFTER A FEW TIMES I JUST FLUSH IT DOWN THE TOILET AND START OVER...

Good tip, I should really pamper my feet more since I'm on them all day at work, the intention is always there!

I saw a t.v. article a while ago where women gave their tips for pampering themselves cheaply at home rather than pay out big at salons, etc...

One lady filled a basin with warm soapy water to soak her feet but she also put kid's marbles at the bottom of the basin to give feet a little massage workover while they soaked. I wouldn't mind trying that too.

Thanks debby Very Happy
