| Gayla, am glad you will be doing your PT again in April M, I agree that the key is doing some kind of regular exercise everyday...the results are better and you just feel better if you treat it as just as necessary as eating, grooming, taking vitamins, etc....I find it better to do it at the same time each day...but do change it up once in awhile when needed for family things, doctor's appointments, etc. If you can you might want to try to avoid exercising too late in the evening because it can make it harder to get to sleep or stay asleep...  _________________ Love is a fruit, in season at all times and within the reach of every hand.
