| I don't think it should count as we are giving the Lord His portion of our earnings...it;s not spending.
DH had to get Salt for our water system today and we needed kitty litter |

I spent $0.50 on 2 gallons of water yesterday (Sunday).
On Saturday, I went shopping with my mom, so I definitely spent my allowance.
