We LOVE Aldi's and we can make a trip last over a month! Sometimes more than 2 months...we need to go out for Milk and a few things in between...but not much,
I'm glad you liked it Vick! Smile

I will be going every 2 weeks from now on. Instead of going to the local stores I will go there and another store by it that is cheap. I will still need to get a few things from Walmart but I go right by it when I go to Church so it won't be out of the way or anything

FYI for anyone who has a Walgreens nearby : Milk is on sale this week.

For us here, it is $2.69/gallon.
I still have a gallon and a half left from another store that had it on sale, but I will still be picking up 2 more gallons to last several more weeks.

went to the Farmer market yesterday I traded honey for a case of Summer squash yellow and zuchinni .. I traded fresh eggs and goat butter for a case of freash green beans ..
I got some heirloom tomatoes ( this lady grows them in her green house ) and some bibb lettuce for a small jar of honey ..
One couple traded my Dil for 4 dozen fresh eggs a huge box of winter squash . (we are crazy about squash.
Milk was $4.53

Several of us are going to a class next week - a lady makes cheese .. several kinds .. the cost is only $6.00 for the book ..
