| Yes gayla. Ebay in Aus. is changing in May so that sellers can only offer 'paypal' and/or 'cash upon pick-up' as payment options. This means every seller must have and offer paypal as a payment option. Has that happened in the U.S.? _________________ ~ LESS IS MORE ~ |

| Well, my ebay tally so far this month is approx. $150. That's just from stuff around the home I don't use or need anymore. I have more items to list also. _________________ ~ LESS IS MORE ~ |

| That's neat! I have thought about making quilts and such to sell on ebay...not sure. Also was wondering about homemade jams and such?
Well, I was REALLY stressing about summer clothes for the kids, and so far I have went through the totes of "too big" clothes for Ash...and she has all she needs! I could stand to pick her up a few more things, but only if I find them on SALE or at a yardsale...so needless to say I was THRILLED!! |

| I have heard ebay was having some troubles here,,but thats just rumors so far.Skin,,wheres your trip to and when,,,we are wanting to go to Smoky Mountains in Tenn.this August,,,hopefully. And!!!!!....... my cheap thrill was at the thrift shop yesterday,,hubby was in a big need of work shirts,,so we found 3 at the local thrift store,,but the big cheap thrill for me was I found a cute small purse that is a Liz Claiborne brand. That used to be a big name when I was a teen.Dont know if it is anymore,Anyway they had it for 2.50,,a bargain,,then had signs up saying anything with a red ticket is only 50cents! So I bought it,,got it home and found a dime in it,,,LOL.So the purse only cost 40cents!.Its a perfect little summer run around grab and go purse! |

| Great deals Donna.
I also had a cheap thrill at a thrift store a few days ago but was embarrassed to post it as I'm trying to get back to the 'no spend' month...lol.
Anyway...I was dropping off a bag of stuff at the thrift shop and 'of course' started browsing. I found a great v-neck cardigan with a zip up the front so it's kinda like a jumper, in my fav. winter colours of creams, browns and blues (these make up my winter wardrobe). It was from a good store and was marked at $5 but I got it half-price for $2.50. I LOVE IT! We are now in Autumn heading towards winter I shall have to take down the suitcases of winter clothes and sort through them soon.
Donna, almost forgot to add, our trip is early May and we're spending a midweek break at a log cabin in a rainforest in New South Wales, about 2 1/2 hours drive from home. We arrive Monday afternoon and leave Thursday morning, I paid for 2 nights and got the 3rd free. We get a fresh basket breakfast delivered every morning and have a kitchen to use also. Looking forward to some peace and quiet and getting away from reality for a few days! _________________ ~ LESS IS MORE ~ |

| That sounds awesome skin,,definitly show the pictures when you get back.I am still ok with this month no spending on anything new,,except medicines food and gas and bills.I did spend on video rental and hair color,, so out of 16 days I have spent 14.00 on new items, and 6.40 on 3 shirts a a purse from the thrift shop,,used items. If I find a good thrift shop thats clean and decent in prices,,then I like going there every payday,,just to "search". |
